Who we are

AdLab is a marketing agency that runs paid ads, organic content strategy and websites for businesses. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean AdLab. You can reach us at cedrickgrowth@gmail.com.

What we collect

Info you give us: when you book a call, we collect your name, brand name, email, phone number, store or social link, what you sell, whether you run ads, the time you pick, and anything you write in the form.
Basic technical info: like any website, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and pages visited to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies and local storage: we use essential browser storage to remember things like your cookie choice and items in a demo shopping bag. We only use advertising or measurement cookies (like a Meta Pixel) if you click "Accept all."

How we use it

To schedule and hold your call, and to follow up about our services.
To contact you by phone, text or email about the call you booked. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
To improve our site and, with your consent, measure how our ads perform.
To keep our site secure and follow the law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal information for money or for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent. We only share it with providers that help us run AdLab, who may only use it for that purpose:

Netlify (website hosting and form handling)
Supabase (secure database for our booking pipeline)
Google (fonts on our site, and Gmail and Google Calendar for scheduling)
Stripe (payments, if you become a client; we never see or store your full card number)
Meta (ad measurement, only if you accept all cookies)

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How we keep it safe

Our site uses HTTPS encryption. Your info is stored with providers that encrypt data and limit access, and only AdLab team members who need it can see it. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep booking info for as long as we need it to talk with you or work with you, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it anytime.

Your rights (including California residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws, you can ask us to:

Tell you what personal info we have about you and how we use it
Delete your personal info
Correct info that's wrong
Stop any sharing for advertising (opt out)

Kids

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect info from anyone under 18. This site is for adults running businesses.

We don't use session recording or screen-replay tools. Our fonts and code libraries are hosted on our own site, so visiting doesn't send your address to font or code networks.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
